Job summary

Winland Foods Buckner, KY is hiring a Certified Packaging Team Member / Machine Operator for the 2nd shift Salsa line. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, perform changeovers, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm with competitive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, and life/disability coverage. Prior packaging experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred or required for advanced level.
• Ability to read and follow safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and perform changeovers.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging.
• Record shipments and inventory in SAP and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA and safety policies.
