Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service
• Maintain safety and GMP compliance and quality standards
• Assist in start-up/shut down, line checks, and troubleshooting as needed
• Coordinate with supervisor to review production schedules and resources
• Train new operators and coach team to meet company standards
• Support lean initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain records on inventory, orders, and materials
• Ensure on-floor leadership to optimize productivity and minimize waste
