Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a dedicated Packager to operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will rotate through tasks, support changeovers, and help ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Prior experience in food manufacturing and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience as a team leader in manufacturing facility, preferably in food.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment to support assembly processes.
• Ensure finished product conforms to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Keep daily records of product, temperatures, weights, and downtime.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Train other packaging operators or cross-train teammates as needed.
