Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years manufacturing/lead experience.
• Fast-paced food industry experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and inventory control software ability.
• Demonstrated leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
• Support start-up/shut down, line checks, and quality audits.
• Review production schedules with supervisor to ensure resource availability.
• Train new operators and uphold company standards.
• Improve line productivity by developing processes that reduce waste.
• Coordinate with supervisors to provide feedback and coaching.
