Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Lead on the Everett production line to ensure max output and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will oversee line operators, coordinate with shifts and supervisors, and drive continuous improvement to meet daily customer orders.

The role emphasizes training, performance coaching, and maintaining Lean processes while supporting a high-speed manufacturing environment at the Everett plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years manufacturing and lead/supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory control software.
• Prior training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Follow safety and GMP practices to ensure compliant, high-quality products.
• Assist in start-up/shut down, checks and quality audits as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisor to review production schedules and ensure resources meet the schedule.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and drive continuous improvement.
