Woodward is seeking a senior operations leader to supervise front line teams, manage resources, and drive performance across the production system. The role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and collaboration to meet customer demand with continuous improvement and strong ERP capabilities.

The position requires leadership experience, lean mindset, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SAP. This is a 2nd shift on-site role offering a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work 2nd shift.
• Experience supervising teams and meeting production targets.
• Strong background in operations management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Resource Management: Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
• Performance Management: Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.
• Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.
