Job summary

Woodward is seeking a production team supervisor to lead frontline staff and ensure daily production targets are met in a 2nd shift environment. You will coordinate resources, monitor performance, and coach team members to improve efficiency and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and lean manufacturing practices. You will work with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze data, schedule materials, and drive continuous improvement.
