The role emphasizes resource planning, coaching, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, critical thinking, and ERP experience (SAP/MRP) along with proficiency in Excel/Power BI for operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Resource Management: Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
• Performance Management: Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.
• Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.
