Woodward is seeking a capable supervisor to lead frontline manufacturing teams in a dynamic environment. You will oversee daily production targets, allocate resources, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

The role requires strong leadership, lean thinking, and excellent communication to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Experience with ERP systems and BI tools will be leveraged daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-line teams to meet daily production targets.
• Ability to allocate resources and manage performance.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with data reporting tools (Excel/Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MRP understanding.
