Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a driven Operations Supervisor for our 3rd shift in Jefferson City, MO. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations in a data center production facility, leading a team and driving lean initiatives to improve productivity and quality.

You will supervise, coach, and develop a production team, manage schedules, and ensure safety and adherence to quality standards while collaborating with engineering, quality and supply chain teams to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment, preferably HVAC/refrigeration or related industries.
• Strong motivation to lead, own outcomes, and impact production operations.
• Analytical thinking with a drive to identify and implement process improvements.
• Familiarity with chiller systems, refrigeration components, and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a production team to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and quality protocols across the floor.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and supply chain teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
