Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company (US) seeks an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will oversee all production within the facility, coordinate cross-department activities, and drive lean initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

The role requires a strong supervisory background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to guide a team toward meeting safety and production goals. A BS degree is preferred and remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Familiar with SPC methods.
• Must be capable of independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Actively coach and develop direct reports.
• Coordinate production and supervise department workers.
• Execute lean tools (5S, Kaizen) to minimize variations.
• Maintain SPC quality standards in production.
• Uphold safety and OSHA compliance.
• Direct work assignments to optimize manpower.
