Job summary

We Pack Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the Maxton, NC location. This full-time role oversees daily packaging and warehousing operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading shift personnel, monitoring efficiency and inventory accuracy, and coordinating seamless collaboration between packaging and warehousing to meet customer needs, with a focus on profitability and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to ensure customer requirements and production schedules are met
• Ensures the packaging and warehousing functions execute work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely together to meet all customer needs
• Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity performance throughout the shift
• Maintains a high level of inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance
• Manages effective collaboration and partnership between both the packaging and warehousing sides of the operation to guarantee a seamless, single service for the customer
