Job summary

We Pack Logistics, Maxton, NC, is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service targets are met. The role provides leadership to production, warehouses, and support staff.

You will drive operational efficiency, monitor labor and line performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate across packaging and warehousing to deliver a seamless service for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations during shift to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
• Ensure packaging and warehousing functions run efficiently and profitably while coordinating to satisfy customer needs.
• Monitor labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization and productivity across the shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance.
