Job summary

We Pack Logistics, Maxton, North Carolina, is hiring an Operations Supervisor on the 2nd shift for a full-time role. You will oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service targets are met.

You will lead production and warehouse personnel, coordinating with support teams to maintain efficient, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Experience supervising packaging and warehousing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
• Ensures packaging and warehousing functions operate efficiently and profitably while coordinating to meet customer needs.
• Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization and productivity across the shift.
• Keeps inventory accuracy high through proper execution and transactional compliance.
• Fosters collaboration between packaging and warehousing to deliver a seamless service for the customer.
