Job summary

We Pack Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Maxton, NC location to lead packaging and warehousing on the 2nd shift. You will ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations are met daily.

The role provides direct leadership to production and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on operational efficiency, adherence to company policies, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a packaging/warehouse setting.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensures functions operate efficiently and profitably while meeting customer needs.
• Monitors labor and line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through proper execution and compliance.
• Fosters collaboration between packaging and warehousing to deliver seamless service.
