We Pack Logistics in Maxton, NC is hiring an Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift. You’ll oversee packaging and warehousing operations, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and lead shift personnel to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to ensure customer requirements and production schedules are met
• Ensures the packaging and warehousing functions execute work efficiently and profitably while partnering closely together to meet all customer needs
• Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity performance throughout the shift
• Maintains a high level of inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance
• Manages effective collaboration and partnership between both the packaging and warehousing sides of the operation to guarantee a seamless, single service for the customer
