Job summary

We Pack Logistics, part of the Harrison, Walker & Harper family, is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the Maxton, NC location. The role leads daily packaging and warehousing activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations are met during the 2nd shift.

The position requires strong leadership and coordination across production, warehouses, and support teams to maintain efficient operations and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Lead shift personnel and manage operational processes, equipment, and work areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
• Ensures packaging and warehousing functions operate efficiently and profitably while partnering to meet customer needs.
• Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity across the shift.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance.
• Fosters collaboration between packaging and warehousing to deliver seamless service.
