Job summary

We Pack Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the Maxton, NC location to oversee daily packaging and warehousing operations on the 2nd shift. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and meeting customer expectations while directing production, warehouses, and support staff.

The position offers competitive pay ($25-$35 per hour, negotiable based on experience), 9 paid holidays plus generous PTO, 401(k) with company match, and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily packaging and warehousing operations during assigned shift to ensure customer requirements and production schedules are met.
• Ensures the packaging and warehousing functions operate efficiently and profitably while meeting all customer needs.
• Monitors labor efficiency, line efficiency, downtime, utilization, and productivity performance during the shift.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through proper operational execution and transactional compliance.
• Leads collaboration between packaging and warehousing to deliver seamless service for the customer.
