Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to lead hourly production on the floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and process owners to meet daily targets.

You will coach and develop the team, manage scheduling and payroll basics, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and TPM tools, upholding The Hudsonville Way in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of leading teams to safety, quality, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production team members, set expectations, and coach to meet daily and shift targets.
• Facilitate daily tiered meetings, review performance metrics, and execute action plans.
• Provide day-to-day direction, problem-solving support, and feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
• Perform tactical duties: resource planning, time off requests, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of production lines, ensure schedules are met with minimal downtime.
