Qualifikationen

• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel components.
• Able to read blueprints, tape measures, and calibrated tools.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic math and reading comprehension.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment per production schedules.
• Adjust settings to ensure weld quality and conformance.
• Weld and assemble components using samples, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Conduct destructive weld testing as required.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Create samples/prototypes for new products.
• Document records accurately and completely.
• Maintain a safe, clean, 5S-compliant work area.
• Report machine or tooling issues to Production Manager.
• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
