Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services in Georgia is seeking a skilled Fitter/Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fitting and MIG welding structural steel or metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This is a 2nd shift position with pay of $25-$28 per hour based on experience.

Monday - Friday with some required weekends. 4+ years of experience required. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fitting and welding.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Experience with MIG welding of structural steel or metal components.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
• Measure, fit, align, and assemble metal components prior to welding.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
