Masterack is seeking a dependable Set-Up & Run Operator for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team in Social Circle, GA. You will safely set up, operate, and monitor production equipment used to fabricate metal components, ensuring quality while supporting safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform first-piece inspections and routine quality checks throughout production.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately.
