Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ seeks a MFG Processor on 2nd shift to mix raw materials per formula sheets, operate equipment, and ensure safety and quality. This role supports autonomous maintenance, changeovers, and clean, compliant production.

You’ll contribute to process efficiency, perform required quality checks, and maintain high standards while benefiting from a strong benefits package and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years manufacturing, processing and mixing experience.
• Read scales calibrated in metric format and use metric system.
• Color matching skills preferred.
• Certified to wear respirators and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual process equipment safely.
• Perform in-process quality control analyses and address variations.
• Adhere to GMP/SOP and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Report KPIs and equipment performance using ISIS/Flexnet.
• Process bulk according to IQ procedures and prepare materials.
