L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ, is hiring a Processor to mix raw materials and operate processing equipment. You will ensure quality and safety while maintaining equipment, changeovers, and autonomous maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, with forklift and respirator certifications preferred and a commitment to continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–2 years manufacturing, processing and mixing.
• Ability to read scales in metric format and use metric system.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment safely and per procedures.
• Perform in-process quality control analyses and respond to variations.
• Maintain GMP/SOP housekeeping and safety standards.
• Identify risks and conduct root cause analyses to improve quality and safety.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and validate changes with Quality.
• Document all procedures and reports per OTC, cleaning and safety checklists.
• Use ISIS and FlexNet to report KPIs and equipment performance.
• Pre-weigh raw materials and labels; prepare and store for production.
• Retrieve supplies from storage and process bulk per IQ procedures.
