Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly manufacturing staff.
Experience in bulk, batch, or process production (cosmetics, personal care, food, pharma, or chemical industries).
Strong mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards; data-driven decision making.
Proficiency with MS Office and other digital shop floor tools.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Develop your team: coach, onboard, multi-skill operators for safety and autonomy.
Lead operations: direct mixing, cleaning, transfer; ensure safety and compliance.
Drive performance: minimize downtime, waste, and rework; manage handovers.
