Job summary

Packaging Line Mechanic I on 2nd Shift (2:45PM-10:55PM) at L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Somerset, NJ. You will maintain, repair and improve packaging machinery and systems, ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will read electrical schematics, perform TPM initiatives, lead improvements, and train team members; strong teamwork and problem-solving required; this role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting (education plus experience, including military technical training).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams and understand basic electricity and motor controls.
• Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment on the line.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
