Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift in New Kensington, PA. You will lead maintenance teams across the plant, supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability to maximize production efficiency.

You will develop maintenance programs, train staff, and collaborate with Production to minimize downtime while adhering to safety and USDA-related requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 2+ years of experience or an equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to lead, train, coach and mentor staff.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for high-level process issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance/work-management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance, and machine repairs.
• Train staff on proper methods and safety procedures.
• Oversee maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for high performance.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling with Production for timely repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide long-term and day-to-day solutions for equipment failures.
