Job summary

Reworld is seeking a 2nd shift Shift Supervisor for its Metals Plant in Fairless Hills, PA. You will oversee shift operations, lead frontline staff, and ensure production targets, safety, and environmental standards are met. The role runs 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of leadership in metals or industrial settings, strong safety and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of leadership experience (Supervisor or Lead) in metals or industrial operations
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in industrial conditions (heat, dust, noise, vibration)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate plant operations during assigned shift to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance
• Lead, coach, and develop operations personnel; monitor performance and reinforce safety and operating standards
• Maintain accurate operating logs and production records; communicate updates to Operations leadership
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and other teams to support continuous plant operations
• Initiate and support work requests for equipment repair and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, with emphasis on safety and environmental standards
• Respond to abnormal operating conditions and initiate emergency procedures to protect personnel and facility
• Maintain clear and timely communication across shifts, leadership, and team members
• Perform additional duties as assigned
