Job summary

Alianza is seeking a dependable Hand Stamping Operator for a 2nd shift in Gastonia, NC. The role involves operating manual and pneumatic stamping equipment to mark metal components according to specifications.

Must have at least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience and be comfortable working around industrial machinery. The position runs Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM with compensation starting at $17.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing or related industrial experience.
• Experience operating hand presses, stamping equipment, pneumatic presses, punch presses, or similar machinery.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and follow established work instructions.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Willingness to work the Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, hand-operated, and pneumatic stamping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, position, align, and remove metal components from stamping fixtures and workstations.
• Stamp part numbers, identification marks, symbols, or other required information onto metal components according to specifications.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, drawings, and established procedures.
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy, proper markings, defects, and overall quality.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions and markings.
