Job summary

Stabilus is seeking a Final Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift in Gastonia, NC. The role involves assembling, packaging and palletizing products in accordance with specifications at our U.S. HQ.

Shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with a $2/hour premium. Education requires a high school diploma; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Good manual dexterity and strong procedural discipline are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred (quality, warehouse or production).
• Three months of relevant work experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly positions as directed by supervision.
• Operate manual pressure check equipment.
• Pack units according to specifications.
• Inspect springs and touch up paint as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
