Roto North America in Chester, CT is seeking a Forming and Stamping Machine Operator on 2nd shift. You will safely operate stamping presses and forming equipment, producing parts to spec and maintaining accurate production records.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is on-site with overtime as needed, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and related documentation.
• Solid understanding of production equipment or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new machinery.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of applicable OSHA and environmental regulations, with the ability to comply with all requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate stamping presses and forming equipment safely.
• Meet production quantities within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measure parts with precision tools and ensure quality.
• Maintain logs of units produced and record errors.
• Inspect equipment before use and perform basic adjustments.
• Maintain required efficiency rates.
• Set up forming and lock bar tools.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Comply with safety requirements and overtime as needed.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack.
