Job summary

Alianza in Gastonia, NC is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake equipment, bending metal components to exact specifications.

You will read blueprints, select tooling, adjust CNC settings, and inspect finished parts, working Monday–Thursday 5:30 PM–4:00 AM in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates need at least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience; press brake/CNC background preferred; bilingual a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience with industrial machinery, fabrication equipment, or press brakes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Select, install, and adjust tooling and dies.
• Enter machine settings using CNC controls.
• Monitor performance and maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts with measuring tools.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and complete production documentation.
