Job summary

Alianza in Gastonia, NC is seeking a dependable Hand Stamping Operator to operate hand stamping equipment, mark, form, and inspect metal components in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.

The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with DOE. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and adhering to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Experience with hand presses or similar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand stamping equipment.
• Load, position, and remove metal parts.
• Stamp part numbers and identification marks.
• Inspect parts for quality.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Sort, label, and package finished products.
• Report malfunctions or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow PPE and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
