Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking candidates for a 2nd shift on-site role in Wilson, North Carolina. You will learn setup, assembly, and loading of parts, use basic tools, and follow detailed work instructions to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include defect identification, adherence to EH&S and safety policies, and participation in continuous improvement and cross-variety workstation tasks. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (US GED).
• Career Readiness Certification (CRC) strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools with basic troubleshooting.
• Read and follow procedures, routing, and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards and identify defects, escalating as needed.
• Rotate to different workstations and support department objectives.
