Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace facility in Wilson, NC, is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing/assembly role. You will learn to set up, assemble, and load parts, read procedures, and work with hand and machine tools to produce quality parts.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to quality systems, and continuous improvement. You will rotate stations, participate in audits, fulfill training, and work overtime as needed in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) in the US.
• Manufacturing/technical training is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble, and load parts.
• Use hand and machine tools; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Read procedures, routing, and work instructions.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards; identify defects.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow EH&S rules.
• Rotate between workstations and complete assigned tasks.
