Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 4+ years in the meat processing industry.
• Supervisory experience: 2+ years in meat processing.
• Regulatory knowledge: OSHA, USDA, and HAACP regulations.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; bilingual helpful.
• Computer skills: Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint; SAP, POKA, Safety Chain a plus.
• Travel: Some travel is required.
• Physical requirements: Able to access production floor and tolerate cold environments.
• Residency: Must reside in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train supervisors in production, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, and morale.
• Accountable for areas of performance, safety, quality, workers compensation, turnover, bid movement, and morale.
• Lead problem solving and ensure adherence to procedures and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, USDA, and HAACP regulations across shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow and quality.
