The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to train and coach team members in a fast-paced food production setting. Some travel to other facilities may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of food production processes is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to train, guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer tools and production software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a production team, including hiring, training, retention and coaching.
• Monitor daily production orders, ensure on-time fulfillment and accurate record keeping.
• Ensure staffing for all workstations and compliance with USDA inspections.
• Promote safety through daily practices and monthly meetings.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to resolve production issues.
