Tyson Foods is seeking a seasoned production supervisor for the 3rd shift in our Prepared Foods plant. You will lead and coach subordinate supervisors, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive labor efficiency across a shift.

The role requires strong problem-solving and written/verbal communication with all levels of staff and government inspectors. Candidates should have 5+ years of supervisory experience in meat processing (pork/beef preferred) and knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a meat processing facility required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA and HACCP regulations.

• Supervise subordinate supervisors who oversee team members in the plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and food safety standards.
• Coordinate manpower needs and training for production supervisors.
• Report and maintain records to meet production and quality metrics.
