• Ensure machinery operates at peak performance and troubleshoot.
• Maintain USDA inspection standards for workstations.
• Lead safety meetings and communicate policies clearly.
• Supervise shipping, inventory, and product coding.
• Motivate team to maintain high performance and quality.
• Support training, retention, and coaching initiatives.
