Job summary

Voltava is seeking a 2nd Shift Materials Coordinator to ensure uninterrupted production by managing inventory, material flow, and timely replenishment. You will use ERP tools to monitor stock levels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and resolve shortages to meet delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in materials management, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a proactive problem‑solver mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional coursework in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in materials management or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels using ERP, 5 Alarm, and Min/Max alerts to avoid production interruptions.
• Coordinate and expedite material flow based on production and shipping needs.
• Identify shortages, overdue materials, and potential disruptions from schedules.
• Collaborate with customers, receiving, and cross-functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Investigate variances, perform cycle counts, and support corrective actions.
