Job summary

Voltava seeks a Materials Planner to manage material planning and inventory for production, launches, and changes. You will monitor supplier commitments, address shortages, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material flow.

You will analyze BOMs, engineer changes, and maintain planning data in ERP systems like QAD, contributing to continuous improvement and cost efficiency across our global operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in materials, material follow up, analysis, and/or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of materials planning and inventory control.
• Experience with Kanban and lean replenishment systems.
• Proficient with ERP systems (QAD or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage material planning and inventory to support production and launches.
• Monitor inventory and supplier commitments; address shortages and risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain flow of materials.
• Support launch and production planning and analyze BOMs and engineering changes.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP and drive data-based decisions.
