Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Materials Planner to manage planning and inventory to ensure materials are available for production, launches, and changes. You will monitor supplier commitments, address shortages, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain material flow. Proficiency with ERP, Kanban, and Excel is expected.

You will also analyze BOMs, support launches, and contribute to continuous improvement for reduced costs and stronger supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in materials, follow up, analysis or compliance.
• Strong understanding of materials planning, inventory control, production scheduling, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, including QAD or similar.
• Experience with Kanban and lean material replenishment.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to analyze production requirements and implement material planning strategies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing material flows, layouts, and warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
