Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Sterilization Subject Matter Expert for its Greenville, SC plant. The role focuses on safe operation, documentation, and continuous improvement within the Sterilization Department, with a 6:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. shift and weekend flexibility as production schedules require.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining batch records, supporting investigations, and driving OpEx and EHS initiatives across the department.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong documentation and math skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sterilization SME; audit support; liaise with MQA and personnel.
• Train personnel and mentor new associates.
• Clean and disinfect aseptic and non-sterile areas.
• Transfer materials into the aseptic area and equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities.
• Review cycle counts and dosimeter readings; document activities on time.
• Assist in SOP revisions and logbook updates for Sterilization.
• Review direct reports' timecards and support scheduling.
• Obtain and use CATSWeb access for investigations and qualifications.
• Support QA investigations and OpEx/EHS initiatives.
