Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC (SSB) in Florida is seeking a warehouse/operations associate to support a continuous flow manufacturing process. You will handle material movements, inventory, receiving, packing and shipping while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. A associates degree and experience with automated demand fulfillment systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• Experience in material handling and shipping/receiving.
• Experience training and/or leading others.

Responsibilities

• Operate within multiple work areas to support a continuous flow manufacturing process.
• Identify and troubleshoot process disruptions; perform routine repairs per SOPs.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Manage material handling, inventory, order receipt, packing, and shipping.
• Develop capacity plans to support build-to-stock or build-to-order environments.
