Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. The role supports a continuous flow manufacturing process across material handling, inventory, order receipt, inspection, fulfillment and shipping.

You'll operate a forklift, help ensure safety and quality, and work with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer service goals. Prior material handling and shipping/receiving experience is required; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience.
• Experience in material handling and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and manage material handling within warehouse.
• Assist with inventory, order receipt, fulfillment and shipping.
• Identify and troubleshoot process disruptions to meet safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
