Job summary

Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the supply chain with material handling, shipping, and receiving in a fast-paced, continuous flow manufacturing environment. The role requires at least three years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, reading/writing/speaking English, and experience with automated demand fulfillment systems.

The shift starts around 5am and pays $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Three or more years of experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates within a variety of work areas to support the supply chain for continuous flow manufacturing.
• Transports materials/finished product using a forklift or reach truck.
• Performs warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and reports issues.
• Supports capacity planning and production scheduling analyses.
• Ensures safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed.
