Precision Castparts Corp. in Dillon, SC is seeking a GBE Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4pm–2am). You will lead the machining, process and heat treat teams to meet quality, schedule, and cost goals while supporting lean initiatives and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervision experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a proven ability to mentor hourly staff across shifts, with emphasis on safety and productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production schedules.

• Lead the GBE Machining, GBE Heat Treat, and GBE Process teams to meet quality, schedule, and cost goals.
• Coordinate resources, provide technical leadership, and drive flow of hardware through manufacturing.
• Coach and mentor hourly staff, support process improvement initiatives and lean efforts.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved across shifts.
• Perform administrative duties to support the business and production planning.
