You’ll work a Fri-Sun 6pm-6am schedule, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with a high-performance team to ensure parts meet specifications. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing and US citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC operator/machinist certification preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience operating CNC mills or lathes; military or technical certification a plus.
• Must read prints and set up basic fixtures, tooling, and offsets; pass customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2-5 axis CNC/automated machine cells and standalone machines.
• Set up machines, fixtures, and cutting tools; load and adjust CNC programs and offsets.
• Conduct in-process inspections and maintain quality per specifications.
• Prepare machines for automated lines, perform changeovers and homing.
• Maintain 6S standards and communicate process needs across shifts.
