Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Dillon, SC is seeking a Supervisory Operations Leader to manage a 2nd/3rd shift for GBE Machining, Heat Treat, and Process. You will lead an hourly team, coordinate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

Responsibilities include driving lean improvements, coaching team members, and supporting production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years supervisory leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in CNC Machining, Heat Treating, Grinding, Dimensional Inspection, Shipping/Receiving preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop hourly team; provide coaching on safety, quality and productivity.
• Schedule resources and coordinate with Methods/Production Control to meet production schedules.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
