Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for COE on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 6pm-6am) in Dillon, SC.

You will lead an hourly team, coordinate production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve quality and safety. Responsibilities include directing first-line activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring attendance to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of supervision in manufacturing
• Experience with CNC Machining and dimensional inspection
• Six Sigma training preferred and Lean manufacturing experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide technical, quality and production leadership to assigned team to meet quality, schedule, and cost goals
• Provide scheduling resources, technical leadership and flow of hardware to meet customer requirements
• Direct hourly team activities to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Coach and counsel team members on performance and development
• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and losses
• Ensure safety and compliance across shifts
• Maintain accurate timecards and production documentation
